Thomas Donahue was born and raised in Central New York State, and has been a dentist there for over forty years. His avocation is music, being active as a keyboard performer, composer, arranger, and builder of harpsichords and pipe organs. In addition to having several articles published in dental journals, he is the author/editor of nine books on various musicology subjects, published by McFarland and Company, Scarecrow Press, Organ Historical Society Press, and Rowman and Littlefield. His current interest is writing children’s books.
