Virginia Aronson

Virginia Aronson is the author of the chapbook Tropical Diagnoses (Finishing Line Press, 2011). She is the director of Food and Nutrition Resources Foundation, which published Mottainai: A Journey in Search of the Zero Waste Life (Dixi Books, UK, 2019). FNR supports individuals and organizations working to improve the broken food system, making healthy food available to all, enhancing food workers' rights, and teaching ways of feeding and eating that are good for people, animals, and the earth.
