Gwendolyn (Gwen) Webber-McLeod, M.S., is President/CEO of Gwen, Inc. and author of Your Leadership Journey: Living and Leading In and On Purpose. Gwen is a legacy building leader leveraging her personal and professional life as resource to act on what she defines as a historical obligation to Black girls and Women to ensure they have fair and equitable access to every resource needed to enable them to pursue and live their wildest dreams. Gwen’s over 40 years extensive experience as an expert on Black women’s leadership inspired her to write Your Leadership Journey.

The book provides a roadmap to successful leadership grounded in a woman’s own mission, vision, and values. It combines educational essays, skill worksheets, reflections pages and an opportunity to create a Personal Leadership Development Plan as a guide on the journey to leadership. The book is a resource for all women and places emphasis on the unique leadership journeys of Black women. Gwen is a frequently sought-after lecturer and conference keynote speaker on the topic of Black women and leadership.
