Melissa Rendlen

Melissa Rendlen has been a practicing ER/Urgent care physician for thirty-eight years, although she is now enjoying pseudo-retirement. She has finally moved to her beloved Northwoods of Wisconsin where she loves to hike, kayak, and just hang out. Many of her poems are centered around observations from this area. She has had poetry published in The Missing Slate, Nixes Mate Review and anthology, Voice anthology, Poets Reading the News, Indolent Press What Rough Beast, Underfoot Poetry, L’ephemera, The Light Ekphrastic, and Synkroniciti to name a few.  Geography Lessons is her first published manuscript.
